Long over due.

So it's been well a little over a year since I left for New Zealand. It's crazy how time flies. I didn't finish typing the rest of my Fijian vacation...so here it goes:

Today:
I went to Church at the Community of Grace. Amazing people: Pauline, Jack, and Sarate. I wore more Grandma M's dress. She will like that. Heck, I like it! So many compliments on that old thang! I tried cava which is a mud alcoholic drink that they have. They let me stay for lunch. Bless their little souls. We had chicken with tomato sauce and some sort of potatoe thing. Pauline talked about having her boyfriend take me to the highlands and go horseback riding. I have never been before! The song: "God loves people more than anything" is stuck in my head from their church service. Tomorrow I plan to hang out with Pauline at the pool and go into town by taxi. See what it's like. Maybe go to the orphanage and work for a bit. I may go clubbing one moor time but it's so loud! I need ear plugs. Pauline and her boyfriend may come. I would like to go to hard rock and treasure island!

People Watching:
Been doing that a lot. Don't know if it's that psychology side coming out, but I definitely like to observe people. The visitors here are not as nice as the people that work here. They are very clingly and attached to their groups. Get our of high school people! Oh wait, but get alcohol in them and their 100% friendly? Where's the happy medium? (Not sure what this is all about now looking back and writing what I wrote. haha oh well!)

Last night in Fiji:
SO TIRED! I should be out celebrating my last night, but I don't feel like it. I had a great night last night at Pauline's Grandma's birthday party, drinking cava. And today with Bob and Pauline. We went horseback riding. My horse was a pain. I'm way to tired to write. I could probably fall back asleep tonight and sleep all through the night. I'm going to miss my Fijian family. It's only been a few days, but they have been open arms and done wonderful things for me. I didn't know how to thank them, but I brought them a bottle of white and red wine. I think they will appreciate it. That's how New Zealand thanks people. Bring on the alcohol!

How to spend your last day in Fiji:

-Eat an amazing breakfast
-Lay out
-Go for a run on the beach
-Go swimming in the ocean and the pool
-Get a massage
-Get a Hard Rock shot glass for your mother from Fiji
-Say goodbye to your Fijian Family!
